And in another set of mugginess, what is happening with the Be the One, Restore the Gulf campaign? It is looking as if Bullock and friends were duped by Big Oil.
Reports are now suggesting a connection between the campaign to save the region and BP. What is going on behind the scenes here? In a post at Huffington Post. It seems Sandra was alerted about the campaign ties, and her representatives will ask for her participation on PSA be removed:
Ms. Bullock was originally contacted through her attorney to be a part of the PSA in order to promote awareness of the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. At no time was she made aware that any organization, oil company or otherwise had influence over Women of the Storm or its message. We have immediately asked for her participation in the PSA be removed until the facts can be determined. Her commitment to the Gulf region has been apparent for many years and she will continue to pursue opportunities that will bring awareness and support to the plight of the Gulf region.
Today is Sandy birthday, and Adoring Sandra would like to wish her a great day with her family.
To celebrate, there’s a new layout up. It’s a simply one, because this site is under a major revamp. As you can see, we have two galleries in the main navigation. That’s because I am currently working behind the scenes to bring you an organized and high quality image gallery. The screencaptures are being replaced for new ones, and the same will happen with other pictures. Stay with me while I do this changes, I promise it won’t take long and will be great in the end.
Much like the Gulf Coast, Sandra Bullock certainly knows a thing or two about being blindsided.
The Oscar winner has joined forces with the likes of Blake Lively, Lenny Kravitz, Dave Matthews and other famous folks to encourage others to sign a petition demanding that leaders take the necessary steps to restore and protect the Gulf Coast in the wake of the recent oil spill.
“What can you offer?” asks Sandra. “Your voice. Speak up.”
Sign it. Share it. Be the One. Visit restorethegulf.com to add your name to the petition demanding complete restoration of America’s Gulf.
Sandra Bullock made a surprise visit at the sold out Nashville Rising flood-relief benefit concert and to the delight of the crowd, plucked out Deep Purple’s classic riff to “Smoke on the Water” on guitar before putting the instrument down and introducing Faith Hill, whom she described as “disgustingly beautiful.”
I have pictures to add from this event, it will be up later!
Sandy is featured at this week issue of Entertainment Weekly, with True Blood on cover.
It talks about Sandra’s new (no-more?) project with Ryan Reynolds, “Most Wanted”. Thanks to Kelly, we already have fresh scans in our gallery.

In a statement to 24 Frames, Bullock’s agent made a point of noting that “Most Wanted” was in very early development and that Bullock would most certainly shoot something else before this movie, if she shoots it at all. “[Bullock] is simply attached to the project, which is currently in development. This is not her next film,” said Creative Artists Agency managing partner Kevin Huvane, who represents the actress. Indeed, the project is a pitch with no script — writer Peter Chiarelli will set about writing it now — and if that script comes in and doesn’t meet with Bullock’s approval, the actress has a clear out not to make the film.
Huvane went on to leave the door open even more. “There are several projects of many different genres that Ms. Bullock is presently considering and has not committed to any of them at this time.”
“The next project that will follow her Oscar will be chosen carefully and with a great deal of thought,” he added.
