I was planning to add some multimedia for you guys for a while, but let’s be honest here: I suck doing icons. I love it, but I can’t do it at all. But a talented friend of mine, Jessica, has been gently in donate almost 100 icons to start out new section, and it’s online now! You have an Icon Vault with 100×100 icons for message boards, livejournal, etc…
All I ask is a link back if using. And please, do not use it as base, and don’t hotlink. Enjoy it!
I have some additions to the magazine gallery, thanks once again to always helpful Elmira.
I’m looking for someone that can translate to english this russian article. If you’re able to help us, please, email me at email@example.com. Thanks in advance.
After some time using the same layout with that adorable “The Proposal” promo, it was time for a change. I adore this photoshoot and was planning to use it for a long time.
The gallery also has a matching theme. Let me know if you find any error.
Elmore Leonard has revealed that Morgan Freeman is interested in starring in a movie adaptation of his recent novel Djibouti. Speaking at a Q&A for his TV series Justified, Leonard said that Freeman and Sandra Bullock are being sought for roles in the adaptation, which will be written by Graham Yost.
“We’re trying to get my new book Djibouti [made as a film]. Morgan Freeman likes it a lot. In fact, I even thought of him while I was writing it,” Leonard said.
The 85-year-old author noted that Samuel L. Jackson, whose film Jackie Brown is based on his novel Rum Punch, has already turned down a part in the film: “I sent it to him, and he called me up and said, ‘I’m not the star of this’. I said, ‘Yes, you are. You don’t look like you’re the star, but you’ve got all the [good] lines, so you’ll be the star’.”
Leonard continued: “For the girl, [Morgan] wants Sandra Bullock. And Graham Yost, who’s the head writer on Justified, did a Sandra Bullock movie, Speed. He doesn’t think that will help him any! But we want him [and] he’ll be the screenwriter.”
Djibouti, published in 2010, centres on documentary filmmaker Dara Barr as she teams up with a 72-year-old African American seafarer, Xavuer LeBo, to shoot footage of pirates hijacking merchant ships. [DigitalSpy]
Thanks to always adorable Elmira I did today a HUGE gallery update. She has sent to us scans from various magazines around the world, including publications from Russia, Ukraine, France, UK… Finally I’ve sorted and uploaded something near 200 files from 2007 to 2001. Enjoy!
Added over 70 HQ pictures of Sandra on set of her new movie “Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close”. The production are being done in New York and Sandy looks pretty different wearing a wig.
