Ladies, we know you look to your favorite celebs to scope the hottest styles, so why not try two of Sandra Bullock’s favorite Coach bags on for size! The actress has teamed up with Coach so that a percentage of proceeds from the sales of both the Kristen Leather Tote ($598) and the Madison Leather Hippie ($358) will go towards Beauty Bus Foundation, a charity that provides in-home beauty and grooming treatments free of charge to “homebound terminally and chronically ill individuals and their primary caregivers.”
Sandra gives generously to a variety of organizations — she wrote million-dollar checks to the American Red Cross to help victims of the September 11th terrorist attacks and to help relief efforts in Asian countries affected by the 2004 tsunami, plus she donated tens of thousands to help rebuild Warren Easton Senior High School in New Orleans’ after Hurricane Katrina, just to name of few of her philanthropic efforts — but this is a cause that you can help her out with and look good while doing it!

‘Blind Side’ first female-led film to cross $200 mil
Sandra Bullock rang in the New Year making box office history. Sometime over the weekend, Bullock starrer “The Blind Side” became the first in history driven solely by a top female star to jump the $200 million mark at the domestic B.O.
To be precise, the film finished the frame with a cume of $208.5 million, in its seventh week in release. Over the weekend, it rose a remarkable 10% over the previous week, and it’s still got plenty of life left, according to Warner Bros. prexy of domestic distribution Dan Fellman.
“Blind Side” was fully financed and produced by AlconEntertainment. Project was brought in by Molly Smith, daughter of Alcon backer Fred Smith, founder of FedEx.
Among the likes of Julia Roberts, Meryl Streep, Angelina Jolie, Reese Witherspoon and Bullock, it’s hard to believe that none of the films in which they had solo top billing hadn’t reached $200 million.
If the Golden Globe nominations didn’t already make it obvious, the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards list clinched it: Sandra Bullock is well on her way to Oscar nomination.
Meryl Streep’s and Sandra Bullock’s campaigns for Academy Awards are sailing quite smoothly, thankyouverymuch, with Golden Globe noms for best actress (Bullock, in “The Blind Side”) and best supporting actress (Streep in both “Julie & Julia” and “It’s Complicated”) under their belts. Bullock and Streep are competing against each other for the SAG best actress award because, under SAG rules, Streep’s part as Julia Childs in “Julie & Julia” is considered a lead role, not a supporting one.

The best sports movie since “Friday Night Lights” and the best acting Sandra Bullock’s ever done!!
This film scores tons of touchdowns. This is one incredible true story that’s so moving, it inspires you to try to be a better person. Really moving. Best of all, it’s well-acted with just the right sprinkling of comedy to prevent you from od’ing on sugar. Because the real-life couple depicted by a never-been-better Sandra Bullock and Tim McGraw seem just too good to be real. In fact- so are their kids. But maybe that’s the New Yorker in me.
This is the story of Ravens offensive lineman Michael Oher and the Memphis family who adopted him after he was abandoned by his drug-addicted mom to fend for himself in the projects.
Newcomer Quinton Aaron is perfect as the gentle giant Big Mike. “Friday Night Lights” standout Tim Mcgraw has a less demanding role this time as the laid –back balance to the tornado that is his wife. But it’s Sandra Bullock’s moment to shine after a number of fumbles including “All about Steve”, “Premonition” and “The Lake House”. She was born to play this role!!! P.S. to New York Giants fans: you will LOVE the opening scene.
