Sandra is a mom again! The current issue of People magazine brings Sandra and her family on cover, revealing that she has adopted a daughter, 3½-year-old Laila (pronounced Lila), a little girl from Louisiana who had been in foster care.
The process of expanding her family began three years ago, with Louis helping to lead the way.
“Louis spearheaded this whole journey,” she says, and while the two siblings have since formed an inseparable bond, Bullock says the first stages of bringing Laila home required patience and plenty of reassurance.
“I knew she was scared, and all I wanted was for her to know Louis and I weren’t going anywhere,” she says of her daughter, who has brought “pink and glitter in the house mixed with Legos and Batmans.”

Keanu is promoting his new film John Wick and during an interview at Redditt AMA he was asked who was “the biggest movie star” he could count as a friend.
“Uh, let’s see,” he wrote, “The biggest movie star I’m friends with would be… uh… Sandra Bullock! Yeah, through the years we kinda get together, have a dinner, catch up, see how it’s going.”
Reeves and Bullock worked together on Speed back in 1984. During the actor’s Reddit AMA, he recalled a fun day of filming “when they let us drive down the street smashing through cars on the bus. And everyone started to scream, hehe, and then laugh when it was over, and it really bonded everyone together,” he wrote. “It was early on in the filming, yeah, but it was really fun to be smashing through cars!”
Today this adorable lady is turning 49 (and, of course, we can see that she doesn’t age!) and Adoring Sandra Bullock would like to wish her an amazing day with her beloved ones!
