The Oscar winner has joined forces with the likes of Blake Lively, Lenny Kravitz, Dave Matthews and other famous folks to encourage others to sign a petition demanding that leaders take the necessary steps to restore and protect the Gulf Coast in the wake of the recent oil spill.

And now it’s been revealed that the celebs were taken in by a greenwashing industry front group, sponsored by Big Oil icons like Shell and BP. The head of Women of the Storm, Ann Minning, is MARRIED to the head of the front group, co-sponsor America’s Wetland.
Bullock and the others meant well, but they were USED.
